Chiron Retrograde- July 15th-December 19th- 2021

​Today Chiron, the wounded healer, goes retrograde in the sign of Aries. As the first sign of the zodiac, it will be a time to explore how we may hold ourselves and our dynamic, sacred energy back + the ways in which we would like to move forward.

Chiron is considered a “centaur” meaning it has aspects of both asteroids and comets. It ultimately represents the wounded part of us that we have come to heal. So whether this is through past life trauma or painful experiences we have encountered in this lifetime- this will be a time to connect with the space of infinite love within us and truly heal. With it going retrograde, it’s planetary impacts will be emphasized within, as such, this will be a powerful time to clear out and release any parts of our selves that hold onto shame or fear.

Some important questions to ask yourself during this cycle are:

• In what ways do I push away others or potentially self sabotage myself? + Why/When do I do this?
• What parts of myself do I hide away or am I ashamed of? What am I afraid of?
• What triggers fear, anxiety or stress in me? How can I focus on what I can control or shift this energy?

Remember that you are a co-creator in this life. You have the ability and power to reshape your life, your perspective on your past, and how you approach situations within you. For we are our own best healers- after all, we know ourselves- the best.
From this curious and loving space- practice patience- allow yourself to feel and allow yourself to discover new ways to approach the parts of yourself that require the most softness! And remember, you and the child within, deserve this- always.
