Neptune Retrograde Ends

After more than five months (June 25th) Neptune retrograde ended today, December 1st! Although it is a planet I am still familiarizing myself with, off the top of my head, I know it is connected to the sea, which often rules our subconscious and deeper desires or feelings. As an outer planet, I also know that its energetic pull is slower and less consciously noticeable than mercury retrograde which occurs three times a year. In contrast, Neptune retrograde happens once a year for half the year which reflects the dual nature of our human/spiritual existence. I believe this allows us to balance illusion with reality and dreaming with doing. By spending half the time allowing ourselves to flow with the waters of life then the rest of the year integrating it we honor our soul’s unfolding and quest towards a heart centered life. It is also no surprise its retrograde ends during Sagittarius season, a sign represented by an archer who reflects the dreamer within all of us. The part of us that dares to to reach towards new heights with focus, passion, direction and faith.

Neptune has been in the watery sign of Pisces, a highly psychic, intuitive and dreamy sign since 2012 (and will be until 2026). Since Neptune changes signs every 14 years, as a collective we allow ourselves the time and energy to embrace and integrate Neptune’s ethereal and mystical energy into our day to day existence. Every year, we integrate these lessons, experiences, rituals and magic more and more. As such, during the past six months, we have been feeling through our emotional waters on a deeper level than ever before, exploring what we want and what we would like to let go of. As Neptune stations direct today, we decide how to move our dreams into reality, how to move the more fluid ideals into physical once more and meet ourselves, our hearts, and our entire exxistence on a deeper more loving level. With that, I hope  the time you spent dreaming allowed you to realize and recognize what it is exactly you came here to do.
