Our bodies are highly intuitive systems that are deeply connected to Earth and the world all around us. As women, our wombs reflect Mother Earth, and the period in which you ovulate and menstruate is highly reflective of what energies you are harnessing and creating in your life.

There are 2 main cycles: The Red Moon and the White Moon.
There are also 2 other cycles you can align with throughout your life too:
The Purple Moon and the Pink Moon. (These alignments are a bit more rare and will usually occur when you are moving/switching to either the Red Moon into the White Moon or the White Moon into the Red Moon.

Overall, these 4 phases are reflective and connected to the 4 phases of the moon— Full moon (Red Moon Cycle), New Moon (White Moon Cycle), Waning Moon (Purple Moon Cycle) and Waxing Moon (Pink Moon Cycle).
