Summer Solstice- June 21st

Rituals for the Summer Solstice:

• Connect with the sun, the earth, your body and water! (The solstice also aligns with the very first day of watery Cancer Season)- and what happens when the sun and light meet? Sparkles, rainbows, life, and more light! ✨
• Journal and/or meditate on the follow questions above to set and foresee the course ahead of you
• ​Connect with the element of fire, air, water, earth- have a bonfire, play outside, receive the magic of all that surrounds you. 🦋
• Dance, sing, play paint, create - reconnect with your inner light, child hood innocence, purity, hope and faith! What is it that your inner child loves and needs to thrive? What did you wish for when you were little and how can you embody and create that energy here now?
• Express gratitude for all that you have and hope for!
• Thank your guides, your angels, God, the sun, the water, this planet, your body, the Goddess for the beauty of another day to live, to grow, to feel, to give, and to receive! 🌈
• Connect with the love of flowers and plants and animals.
• Enjoy the pleasures of life through scents, movement, color, taste- feast upon and fill your mind, body and soul with all that feels good and nurtures you too! 🌿
• Reflect on the last 6 months. What have been your greatest takeaways? Your greatest achievements? Your greatest lessons?
• ​Connect with your inner child and allow Mother Earth and the Divine Mother and Divine Father to hold you and love you!
• Surround yourself in the colors of green, orange, yellow, blue- the colors of Summer! ☀️
• Reflect on your hardest lessons, pains, and traumas- how can you shed light upon them and shift your perspective on darkest parts of your journey? How can you use them to be more loving, human, aware and creative now? Alchemize them- no longer using the energy or time to let them weigh you down or allow them to take away from the magic of the present now- instead use them as a measurement of just how far you have come, how grateful you are for the life you have now, and just how powerful and loving and wise you truly are! 💖
• Release all that holds you back, small or down. Ask for and allow Mother Earth and the Father Sol above you to take it and transmute it for you- trust that it no longer serves you- and it is best for you to be here fully present- feeling and looking your best now and for all to come.
• Charge your crystals, your chakras, your yoni (or tailbone/root) in the powerful and potent rainbow radiance of the summer sun. ✨
