Happy Fall Equinox! During this time, be sure to descend to ascend, you can only reach as high as your roots go down! Portal through the underworld, dance nude, scream, and rage. Learn from the stories of the dark feminine, like Persephone, Inanna, Kahli, Sekhmet. As beings and children ofEarth, we mirror our mother. We have moments of rage, calamity,chaos. We have moments of sweetness, serenity, calm. Claim the darker and more complex parts of yourself and your personality during this time. Your shadows are what give you depth, clarity, understanding, experience, strength, patience, faith, trust, and empathy. They are also what shows you the power of your light.

In the coldness of the approaching night, dive deep into the surprisingly warm embrace of the dark vastness and void, the Mother Earth goddess womb who holds, nurtures and loves us all. Know that anything taken or lost during this time, is to be made anew. Allow her to guide you in your integration of all things holy and divine and to help you release all that no longer serves you. ✨

Trust that there is a divine, loving, guiding hand that knows how to care for you, exactly as needed. Show up and allow that to be you, and to receive it too. Follow it, listen to it, and nurture this. With love, from love. And have plenty of fun!
