11/11 Portal 2021- Numerology

1111: the number of new beginnings, angels, higher awareness + power, steadfast direction, heart centered surety, faith, love and hope

1111 in numerology is the beginning of a sequence. Like it, we may spirituality feel more refreshing, aligned, + sure of where we would like to go from here. We are open and excited for the next steps we see unfolding before us.
With this being 11/11/21 specifically it highlights the balance between self (1) and other (2) + what it looks like to honor or understand both, to make decisions for the good of all.
1111 reminds us that the end of the year is close. With one month left of 2021, how do you want to end the story of this year? May each ending reminds us each day is a brand new day full of potential. We get to choose and create the direction we are headed and how we feel throughout it!
1111 signifies realignment. f you don’t like where you see yourself going, let go of that path (no matter how invested) and allow yourself to change directions!
11 represents the magic of new beginnings! Realize that where ever you feel your soul calling you to go, the hardest part is letting go of what you have known and moving into the unknown. Although not always logical, somehow and someway, you know that the path towards bringing joy to your heart and your soul will ultimately be supported and backed by the universe. After all, this is what you came here for.

Ultimately, the 11/11 portal every year creates a space, time and energy that allows us to recenter and reorient ourselves + our lives as needed. Coming at the end of every year, it marks a time for us to recognize and reflect on the way we have lived from our heart center during the past 11 months (or even the ways we haven’t), while also recognizing that the last month of 2021 is a way for us to see what steps come next or where we would like to go from here. It is a time for us to tap in, recognize what is important to us, rooting ourselves down into this planet and Earth while also similarly reaching high to the heavens (much like the number 1 itself).

One could say that each one is a representation of the many components of life coming together: spiritual health, emotional health, physical health, and mental health + that it is the balance, and connection of all both across + up and down that leads us to a fulfilled and connected life. For as humans we are the conduit, the bridge, the dance between the Earthly realm and all others above it. With our flesh, energy and commitment we are able to manifest idea into reality, aligning the energy of heaven into something more concrete to bring down here onto Earth. So with that, trust the messages or divine downloads that come through. If it makes your soul light up with excitement and motivation, it is most likely a path to leading yourself to a higher place- love yourself enough to follow it.

-The World of Fae-

Do you believe? I do.

The fae or faeries (fairies) are the magical, tiny little beings most of us know from movies such as Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty or Thumbelina- but I believe, they also live amongst us. Although they do not always show themselves- often hiding in the camouflage of flowers or plants, they do often leave little signs of their presence.

Since working with their energies in my own practice, I have created and maintained a safe place in my room for them to inhabit! They love pretty places, enjoy surprises + presents + personally, I think they are so sweet! Although they have gotten a bad rap in the witch community, I believe, that if you take care of them- they in turn will also take care of you!

Signs of the fae include:

Moved or missing items. Like children who love all things shiny and pretty- they may often play tricks on us to get our attention. If you ever can’t find anything- simply ask them nicely to help you find it! You’ll often find your item in a place you may have already looked before and may even hear the faint giggle or sound of bells in your spiritual ear/mind.
Finding random little crystals, shells or nature elements that you may not expect to find in an environment or place! Once, I found a whole bunch of tiny seashells in the desert, the moment I saw them, I knew they were gift of the fae to me, to brighten my spirits!
A child giggling at what appears to be “nothing”. Children are open minded and accepting + the fae adore children!

Ways to work with the Fae:

Leave offerings or presents for them! As mentioned before, they love presents + pretty things! As such, on my altar I often leave them treats (such as grapes), and offerings like flowers, shells or crystals!
Take care of the Earth + appreciate all of the energy and efforts the fae put into her! Pick up trash you see, thank the Earth + the fae for all that they give + spend some quality time with them! As beings closely linked to the Earth mama and all of her magic (fairies throughout history have often been linked to helping change the seasons)- they will thank you too!
Open your mind and heart to them! Fix your gaze at a shaded spot beneath the trees or by some flowers. Allow your vision to fade and your third eye + heart open. Look with the wonder and curiosity of a child and you may be surprised to have them slowly reveal themselves to you! Look out for the telltale signs of glittering auras, and fluttering wings.
Before picking flowers or taking anything from nature, always ask the plant and the fae if it is okay for you to take! Pause, listen and trust what comes through. Although subtle, you will know! Be patient, kind, respectful- for like nature they deserve to be treated with the upmost care.

My First Spell Jar

Your craft is your craft.
Honor what you feel called to. Research, be curious and try new things! Your craft is an exploration and extension outward of the magic that comes from within. As such use what you have to enhance what is already there. Do not feel as if you need a certain ingredient or herb to make any spell work, for you are the magic itself.

Following my own philosophy above, I used herbs and stuff I had around the house to make my very first spell jar with things I've gathered, bought and collected such as salt crystals, rose, black tea, selenite wand to clear the energy, bay leaves, and water from a stream in Sedona. (I've always collected a lot of things, but water has been my new thing, sounds crazy, but I'll explain in another post later!) I sealed the jar with yarn and candle wax then released my intention to the universe to carry it.
